Studio CAS began in a season when I felt unsure of everything, who I was, where I was going, and how to hold space for myself in the middle of motherhood, burnout, and becoming.

So I started creating.

Not because I had all the answers, but because I needed something that felt like me, even if I wasn’t totally sure who that was yet.

This space is for the ones in progress. The ones doing the healing, the growing, the starting over.

It’s for anyone who’s tired of pretending they’re fine and ready to create something honest instead, whether that’s with a sticker, a story, or a fresh start.
